Customer was told to hold down start button to start a cycle but you just have to press it. There was an error code for stuck key that was because of button being held down. Unit is working properly

"Accessed sealed system and bubble teasted with 250psi nitrogen. Unable to find leak in system. Contacted tech support. Leak is inside walls of unit and unrepairable. Supplied tech support pictures of nitrogen tank and bubble testing, received case number. 16097868 Customer relations will reach out to customer in a few days. Vacuumed unit to 1600 microns, unable to evacuate completely due to leak. Recharged with 60g of R600a.; used 1 W11506621 (6x6), and 1 W11506635 (Process stub) from stock"

Replaced tub ring and tested

"Unit not cooling properly. Thawing in freezer. Irregular frost pattern on evaporator. Pressure tested with 200psi nitrogen and bubble tested. Found no leaks. After bubble testing, system pressure measured 180psi, signalling leak in system. Unable to vacuum down. Contacted techline. Techline advised leak is inside walls of unit, unrepairable.
