"Found slider to coming apart causing it to not be able to shift into a spin cycle. While examining the slider also noticed a lot of gearcase oil leaking. I replaced the slider but unit will also need gearcase; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase), used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"

Rack wheels fell out of place and one side was raised while the other was not. Showed customer how you can move rack up and down. Put wheels back on track

"Found ice maker fill line was clogged with ice, error code E5 for bad thermistor and LED lights out. I was able to thaw out line but will not do it on its own. Cleared error code but not sure if it will produce ice ; ordrng 1 W11405309 (UI) and 1 W11683243 (LED lights) and 1 W11658802 (Ice maker)"

"Airflow across condenser blocked. Cleared debris and tested unit, cooling properly.; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11504415 COUPLER BR 8.5X8 and 1 W11504423 COUPLER AL 8X2"

Replaced broken latch and repaired broken wire to drain pump.
