I will always call Appliance Tec for service...their communication was excellent, easy to book on line ,arrived when they said they would and James was great at diagnosing the issue with our refrigerator! We are ready to entertain now for Thanksgiving! Thank you,James and Appliance Tec!

James was knowledgeable and very nice. He truly knows what he is doing. He is an asset to his company and should be recognized by them. It was one of my nicer encounters with a repairman.

I rated the overall experience 3 stars because it took 6 visits before the issue was resolved. The company was easy to work with & everyone was very courteous. James was able to solve the problem on his second visit. He stayed extra time until he had resolved the issues with the oven. Good work, James.
