The customers complaint is that there was some flame in the oven when in use. I found the heating element burnt out so I replaced the element and tested the unit and it works properly

Replaced control board. Tested unit on a normal cycle start button now responding to commands.

I replaced the control boards in the oven due to being unable to calibrate the temperature and tested the unit and it functions properly

"The unit cycles about 10? cooler than it should be at 350. I tried calibrating the oven up 10? and it did not make a difference so I tested the oven while calibrating the temperatures as high as 50? and as low as -50 and it made no change. I had the customer connect to Wi-Fi and search for a software update and that was unsuccessful. The unit will need a new control, interface and sensor ; ordrng 1 W11753207 (Control (psp)) and 1 W11730224 (Sensor) and 1 W11730476 (Interface (psp))"

Case number 21033474 The buttons on the control board are sticking and not responding when you press them causing the unit to randomly start at any time. I Reported to safety and ordered a new control board; ordrng 1 W11683480 (Control)
