Found that lid lock tested bad and. Took out drainpump also installed lidlock and drainpump ran washer customer is gonna re install washer himself after they pickup loaner unit tested good

"Installed gearcase cam capaciter and found that actuater tested bad also. Ran washer. Unit filled like intended no vibration or shaking unit tested good ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10721967 CAM and 1 W11395618 CAPACITOR , used 1 Wpw10006355 (Actuater) from stock"

Found that lidlock is broke off and bezel ordering lid lock w11700916 and bezel w11545554 ; ordrng 1 W11700916 (Lidlock) and 1 W11545554 (Bezel)

Replaced. Latch and reinstalled. Dishwasher the right way left side of dishwasher fell down into the floor causing door not too close properly unit tested good
