The customers complaint is that the door does not close properly. I found the hinge was out of place causing the door to not close correctly. I corrected the hinge and the door now closes properly

The ice maker shut off arm was broken and would not sense it the basket was full so it continued to fill until it clogged up the auger and would not dispense. I replaced the ice maker and then ran a fill test and instructed customer to wait at least 24 hours for it to start making ice
