"Unit had water in the drip tray causing float switch to trigger, customer informed me he had water leaking from supply line at the dishwasher connection but tightened it to stop leak. I started a normal cycle watched it I did not see leaks."

Unit is having intermittent issue recirculating water can hear pump humming but not spraying. I cleared the F8E4 code and ran it did not see leaks. Customer is running some pots and pan that could have caused water to be deflected and cause the leak.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Sump amd pump) and 1 W11412300 (Dispenser)

"Got unit to trip the breaker when it was in cavity, we took it out and checked all the wiring, checked connections at the control. When we took it out and tested it we got it to trip once but then when we tested it again with techline on the phone could not get it to trip with both ovens on. They did pre heat to the selected temp. Techline believes it is something to do with the power cord."

"Found motor cover came off and shredded the belt and the cam. Replaced belt and cam both Parts covered under warranty. Tested unit, no longer making noise.; used 1 W11239857 (Belt), and 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock"
