Control board constantly sending power to the drain pump. Replaced control board and calibrated board on a diagnostic cycle

"Thermistor measures properly from board, properly placed and secured. No issues with evaporator cover. Found and removed blockage in drain tube. Cleared frost buildup from evaporator."

"Temperatures at 0 and 37 when arriving. Customer says over temperature alarm is more frequent and more regular since changing defrost modes. Contacted techline. Issue is related to defrost cycle, techline advised replacing defrost bimetal.; ordrng 1 W11676572 (Freezer harness)"

"Temps in freezer measured 5 degrees. Contacted techline, SR#7741225378 Techline advised testing thermistors, tests came back good. Techline advised changing from adaptive defrost to basic defrost. Changed setting. Customer to monitor"

"Customer was concerned about wash pump being a louder then usual. Informed him that wash pump could be going out and will stop running at some point, he was just concerned about unit leaking down into basement."
