Customer complaint is low cooling. When I turn the unit on it shuts everything off except for the lights after about 5 minutes indicating a faulty control box. Unit also has a low side leak at the evaporator. Quoted customer $920 for evaporator W11507067 and control W11496881 and ss labor. They are not going to make the repair at this time

The control board got stuck on the cycle, I activated service mode to reset the board. Rand service test mode with no issues. After exiting service mode, unit operates properly"

"Customer complaint is no ice production. There is an error code for no filter detected. Used bypass to try and get ice maker to fill and it still would not fill. Communication error between the RFID board, main control board and valve.
