18663301. Do unit would not drain and there was a water fill error code. The cold water valve does not open up when it should and thedrain pump does not run at all. I called Tech Line and we ohmed out the Pump motor and that tested good so we checked voltage coming off of a control board and there was none. The unit will need a new valve and control board; rqstng P&A on 1 WH23X29553 (Valve) and 1 WH22X37840 (Main control)

The unit is not cycling ice. I did not receive the icemaker that I was going to bring with me so I rescheduled the customer for when I have the icemaker; schdld next appmnt for 9/19 FRI 3-6

The customers complaint was that the front left burner would get super hot no matter what setting it was on. I inspected Element infinity switch and found Burn marks on it. I replace the switch with one provided by square trade element again and it now works as it should

I replaced the control board and the UI panel in the unit turns on and runs as it should

"Replaced compressor and vacuumed system to 500 microns. Recharged with 5oz of R134a. Unit needs 5.5, out of refrigerant. Will return with refrigerant and fully charge.
