Customer stated unit was not drying and shutting off too soon. Found that water reservoir was full and lower filter and evaporator clogged with lint. Emptied reservoir and cleaned filter and evaporator. Unit operated as expected after. Instructed customer on when to clean filters and empty reservoir.
