Unit intermittent terminates mod cycleAnd wont restart. Found voltage to l1 150. Voltage to l2 70Cycled breaker. Replaced switch and Voltage returned to normal. Unit tested ok with oltageCorrect.Recommended customer have an electrician service breaker

"Pre heated unit to 350 degrees, noticed there was a 5 degree discrepancy. We calibrated unit to cook 5 degree hotter. Tested convection and air fry as well. Customer is to monitor."

"Installed new studs and handle, got same result of handle not sitting flush. Called techline informed them off issue and sent pics. They are sending this to engineering and will contact me if they come up with something or customer if not"

Tested damper and had customer listen to verify noise. Replaced the damper on unit and tested it
