"Unit making excessive scraping noise. Found right side panel dented and drum is rubbing on panel causing noise. Bent panel so drum clears, unit now running properly."

Customer complaint that unit is tripping breaker. Found that neutral terminal inside receptacle is loose. Customer needs to have receptacle replaced. Unit is operating as expected.
