I replaced the faulty float switch and tested the unit and it works properly

The customers complaint is that the unit makes a squeaking noise whenever they use it. I found the roller wheel were damaged and the bulkhead was loose. I used a repair kit on the dryer and tightened the bulkhead and tested the unit and it works properly with no noise ; used 1 4392065 (REPAIR KIT) from stock

The customers complaint is that the unit does not run more than a couple minutes and does not drain any water. I found multiple object lodged in the drain pump preventing it from spinning so I removed them and then tested the unit and it works properly

The customers complaint is that the unit is not drying dishes and does not clean very well. The flood/temp sensor is faulty causing a error that shuts power off to the heater. I ordered a new sensor for the unit; ordrng 1 WD21X10519 (Float switch and thermistor)
