"Case number *24745906*. Customer States the unit is walking all over the floor and shaking excessively. Ran a wet load of clothes in the unit and it shakes and walks across the floor. While the unit is shaking, I can feel the floor shaking beneath my feet and the dryer next to the washer starts shaking as well. Called tech line and sent them videos of both units shaking and they agreed that the unit is operating properly and the floor cannot handle the vibrations. Tuck line advised a weak spot in the floor and recommended customer have their floor checked"

The 3rd repair visit did not resolve the washer moving out. Even when he tested a wash the washer came out several inches and even gets so close to dryer I cant open door. Spin cycle is too aggressive and doesnt make sense its the floor. We have a brand new home and Ben said this is a known problem. I cant push washer back in its too heavy. Builder said other himes.dont have problem and Ben blames the floor
