This problem was extremely difficult to solve. Although it took 3 visits, and one control panel (which may be good but I didn't pay for). The problem wound up to be a pin connector which was bent and not touching the adjoining connector, and found by Zack, who straightened it out. Zach and the other man of the 2nd visit were extremely professional, knowledgeable, were not bothered by my presence, and were very cordial to us. Thank you.
