David was very thorough and friendly. He does a great job but we are not happy with our Kitchen Aide refrigerator. It is only 5 years old and we have had to call for service many times. Many more times than any refrigerator we’ve had for their lifetime. Have contacted Kitchen Aide and they have no answers. This is not right.
