Checked temps found FF at 8 and freeze 2. Checked damper make sure it closes. Ohm out the temp sensor and defrost sensor they both tested good. Techline suggest unplugging deli UI and coming back with control board and harness SR 7741169767; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (Control board) and 1 W11170612 (Deli drawer harness)

"Not properly defrosting in RC. Customer reports unit intermittently shuts off, will only turn on after resetting breaker. Likely ice buildup in RC is blocking fan and causing DC circuit short. Checked all points in service pointer W11767149 found no issues with thermistor placement, evaporator position, or evaporator cover. Cleared frost buildup and changed defrost settings to 8 hour timer, per service pointer."

Dave is an excellent technician! He has been here before for a different appliance and has done an excellent job completing both repairs in timely fashion. Obviously very knowledgeable and informative as well offering additional tips to increase the longevity of our appliance! Would truly be open to him returning for any future appliance repair needs.
