Case number 25187497. Customer States excessive water buildup inside the fresh food section where the air comes in from the freezer. There is a bunch of condensation in the air vents at the fresh food section. Door gaskets are good and doors closed properly. Checked every entry point for warm air to get into the unit and there's no sealing issues. Contacted tech line and we found that the fresh food door is being opened on average around 60 times a day or more than double the standard rate. Tech line instructed me to advise customer to open the doors a lot less and keep them closed for longer amounts of times and condensation will go away
