I found that the washer would not spin or agitate and it just made a humming noise. I checked the capacitor and is giving me an open line indicating a bad capacitor. Ordered capacitor; ordrng 1 W11614512 (Capacitor)

Unit was starting cycles when it was supposed to be powered off and a cycle was not selected. Anytime there was power to the unit it would run the drain pump. I replaced the control board with a new board #wh22x38441 provided by SquareTrade. I did not have to use the valves they sent #wh13x26535

"Could not get unit to duplicate leaking issue, customer did state she had pots and pan in dishwasher when it leaked. I believe that was the issue water deflecting from pots and pans."

"Found error code F4E3 for wash pump not running, I replaced the sump and pump. Ran a diagnostic cycle unit is washing now. Inspected unit for leaks."
