Zac was on schedule and ok. However The washing machine is a piece of crap. I cannot wash cloths unless I use the deep water setting. I am only 1 person and if i use the "normal" setting it does not fill with enough water to clean cloths. there is no in between for the water level. I would not recommend this machine to any one . I have no choice but to carry water from another source to fill the washer to a functional level.
