Dave was fantastic, polite, knowledgeable, quick to fix the problem with the dryer leaking water (not as the insurance company sent that there was no heat) when I spoke to two different representatives explaining that the dryer was leaking water from the power steam. In the future if needed I would prefer Dave, he knows his appliances. He's a keeper, hold onto him. Thank you Cindy Oliver
