"Unit was unplugged when I arrived, plugged unit in and took off back cover and inspected for any frost forming on cap tube I did not see any. I checked compressor and fan both were running, compressor did not feel hot. Phenomenal experience. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He rendered great assistance to my frustrating issue with my Washer.
My situation was a little complex pending the positioning of my Washer in a shelving unit. He was patient and was able to identify the issue.

Dave was fantastic, polite, knowledgeable, quick to fix the problem with the dryer leaking water (not as the insurance company sent that there was no heat) when I spoke to two different representatives explaining that the dryer was leaking water from the power steam. In the future if needed I would prefer Dave, he knows his appliances. He's a keeper, hold onto him. Thank you Cindy Oliver
