Broiler door is hitting on the center of door against front of oven when closed instead of the rubber bumpers on either side of the door. I was unable to remove door to replace liner due to how hinges are installed. Called techline and they were unable to assist and there are no documents on the removal process. More research on removal process will need to be done. Case # 25893188; schdld next appmnt for 9/16 WED !

He came the washer was not set up because it’s been three weeks and so you can see where it was leaking but he said he can not do it unless it was hooked up so I told Him i Could set it up just give me ten minutes max and he said no I would have to take it to rent a center and they do it or he wouldn’t do it
