We had an unusual issue with our new Whirlpool refrigerator freezer door not sealing that took some 'out of the box' figuring out and a 2nd visit to resolve. Chuck came for visit #2 with a solution he had been thinking about over the weekend that worked! God Bless him!! I'd give 20 stars for his perseverance, patience and overall being just great to work with if that was available. 🙂
