Techline Case number 22295352 safety case number 22262292. The customers Complaint was a hot/overheating smell coming from the washer. I did a thorough inspection of the washer and did not find any Indication of a component overheating or burning out or locking up causing friction. The unit spins fine and the slider moves up and down properly and there is no friction in the Gearcase. I called Tech Line to document and their advice is no repair required so I called the safety team to report my findings

I replaced the Gasket due to there being a rip in it

The unit had a faulty pressure sensor causing the drain pump to run continuously. I replaced the control board and tested the unit and it works properly; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11608056 CNTRL- ELEC

"The customers complaint is the lights are not working. I found the top LEDs did not work and when I checked voltage I found none coming from the control board. I ordered the control board and top leds ; ordrng 1 W11484840 (Led module) and 1 W11224256 (Control), dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11483116 MODULE"

The middle rack fell out of place. I corrected the rack and it now adjusts properly
