Fuse blew causing unit to shut off. Unit also had a F2E1 form stuck keypad which cause bake cycle to shut off when in use. Unit will need new fuse and the UI console.; ordrng 1 W11204568 (Thermal fuse) and 1 W11093241 (Ui control)

"Customer states that every 3 months they have water leaking out of unit coming from the ice dispenser. I called techline to inform them of issue. They recommended replacing freezer gasket, rails, and the ice box fan. We believe issue is from door not sealing correctly causing warm air to enter freezer and work its way into the ice box.; ordrng 1 WR72X24767 (Right slide) and 1 WR72X24768 (LH slide) and 2 WR72X24815 (Rails)s and 1 WR14X30142 (Freezer gasket) and 1 WR60X45065 (Ice maker fan)"

Dave was here on time, repaired both my stove (unscheduled) and fridge (scheduled), worked quickly and was done in a professional way! Dave has worked on our appliances before and we are very happy with his work.

My washer is 60 days old. It is NOT spinning out at the end of a wash cycle. Tech said there wasn't any problems with the washer. I'm still experiencing the same problem. Not pleased!
Our schedules show that you have another service visit scheduled. We are sending out another tech for a second opinion. We are confident that we'll come to a resolution.
