So replaced drainpump ran washer unit tested good ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11399437 PUMP- WATER , used 1 W10721967 (Cam), and 1 Wpw10006355 (Actuater) from stock"

My washer is 60 days old. It is NOT spinning out at the end of a wash cycle. Tech said there wasn't any problems with the washer. I'm still experiencing the same problem. Not pleased!
Our schedules show that you have another service visit scheduled. We are sending out another tech for a second opinion. We are confident that we'll come to a resolution.
