"Customer complaint is the unit. Fresh food section is too warm. When I arrived after having the door open for a little bit, product temperature was around 44?. Unit was in an active defrost so I called techline. Tagline advised that there is nothing wrong with the unit and had me instruct the customer on where the air vents are and making sure the doors are closed and sealed properly. They advised that while it is in the defrost there is no other can diagnostics we can do. Customer is to use and monitor the unit"

My washer is 60 days old. It is NOT spinning out at the end of a wash cycle. Tech said there wasn't any problems with the washer. I'm still experiencing the same problem. Not pleased!
