"Unit drains but it does not spin. Shift actuator does and move and lock onto the basket so I replaced the actuator and tested unit. There is also a crack in the softener dispenser so I ordered one to be shipped direct ; ordrng 1 8575076A (Softener dispenser (SHIP DIRECT)), used 1 WPW10006355 (ACTUATOR) from stock"

The tracking of Dave was easy and very helpful. He called 15 minuets before he arrived. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting into his work and completed the job quickly explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.. He left the work area as clean as he found it. It was a great experience.
