"Customer complaint of gas smell when oven is in use. Oven preheats to desired temp, no gas smell noticed. Oven burner cycles on and off to maintain temp, burner igniting properly each time. Flames on cooktop burners and oven burners are very orange, adjusting burners does not change flame. Need regulator.; ordrng 1 W11449506 (Regulator)"

The tracking of Dave was easy and very helpful. He called 15 minuets before he arrived. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting into his work and completed the job quickly explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.. He left the work area as clean as he found it. It was a great experience.

Tells me that it’s my fault that my food is not cooking that I can’t use both racks in my oven at a time. When I said nothing about using both and assumed. And did noting other then check my temps of the oven. The oven is not working right and is only getting worse.
