The unit was having an Internet issue where nothing would work And they could not get a cycle done. When I arrived and plugged in the unit immediately the drain pump started running so I replace the control board And tested the unit and the unit now works as it should

I found that the cam had come loose again causing the belt to break off. I replaced the cam with the nut with red loctite to prevent the problem reoccurring. Tested unit and it operates as it should; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10721967 CAM and 1 W11239857 BELT

The tracking of Dave was easy and very helpful. He called 15 minuets before he arrived. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting into his work and completed the job quickly explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.. He left the work area as clean as he found it. It was a great experience.
