Saw video of customer issue I Can hear a valve humming in the background and UI responding to commands but no water. I talked to techline and they suggested replacing dual valve. Customer needs to get authorization first. If she calls back order WPW10341320 SR 7740988242

Dave did a great installation. However, there were a number of hurdles that we had to over come because it was a warranty situation and there were three parties involved. The whole process took 3 visits- Diagnostic, replacement of faulty part (tech was given the wrong part), and then another trip with the correct part. This whole process was a nightmare that over 5 weeks to resolve!
