"Oven is set to 350 but isn't heating to the set temp oven thought the display is reading 350 after about 12 minutes preheat. Digital thermometer is only registering at about 220 degrees. I am able to touch the oven floor without getting burned. No error codes displayed and diagnostics check okay. Ordering new control board, heating element and sensor. ; ordrng 1 WB27X45353 (Control board) and 1 WB44X47929 (Bake element) and 1 WB23X5340 (Temp sensor)"

Customer complaint of leaking water on the left side of unit onto the floor wasn't evident during the service call. However I did find a hose connector to the gasket that wasn't secured with any clamp or tie strap. It wasn't a tight fit and a possible cause of the leak. I secured the connection with a tie strap.
