The customers complaint is that the unit filled with water but does not spray. I Found the wash motor was restricted and would not spin so I replaced the sump and motor and tested the unit and it works properly

Washer not draining due to broken wiring from harness to pump. Spliced in new wiring and reinforced insulation around wiring to prevent breakage . Also leveled unit to prevent shaking.
