The unit has a very noisy gear case when it spins. I tried to replace the gear case and was unable to remove it from the tub. Both tubs and the gear case will have to be replaced at the same time so I ordered both tubs for the unit; ordrng 1 W11513243 (Drum (PSP) and 1 W11219115 (Outer tub (PSP) and 1 W11568797 (Filter) and 1 WP8533928 (Screw)

I replaced the control board and the Ui harness and tested the unit and it works properly

Case number 19566940 The customer complaint is that the unit does not work and the control panel does not light up. I found 120 V going to the control board but it would not respond so I replaced the control board and the unit still had the same issue so I contacted Tech Line and after running some tests we found that the neutral line fails under load. I informed the customer that they are going to have to have a electrician come out to check the house electric

When I arrived I noticed the deli you I also did not work so I unplugged it and the lights on the unit started working as well as the ice dispenser. The water dispenser still did not work and no power is going to the valves so I ordered the door Ui as well as the deli ui; ordrng 1 W11330971 (Ui) and 1 WPW10769076 (Deli ui)
