Customer stated the pump keeps running when you plug it in. Checked and found change in filter and pump not operating correctly. Washer needs new drain pump WPW10605427. Replaced pump and tested. Washer checks good.; used 1 WPW10605427 (PUMP) from stock

Replaced control. Ran test cycle. Unit is operating as designed.

Customer states clock is losing time. Ordering control ; ordrng 1 W11594225 (Control)

"Replaced water tank assembly, valve, and filter. Unit is operating better we are getting 6 ounces on a 8 ounce measured fill. With filter bypass installed we get 8 ounces for a 8 ounce measured fill. Advised customer that their water pressure is low and hey are going to call a plumber to address the problem. Unit is operating as designed."
