Replaced heater/harness. I explained to customer to give the unit 24 hours to get to temp and 72 hours to start making ice. Unit tested good

Customer stated that unit is not cooling. After inspecting unit i found frost buildup on the evap causing poor airflow. Harness tested bad. Ordering heater/fan harness W11650662. ; ordrng 1 W11650662 (Heater/fan harness)

Customer states oven wont preheat. Igniter was tested bad and replaced igniter. Tested unit and oven preheated no issues.

"Customer stated outer door glass by installer, verified issue. Ordering part number w11620704; ordrng 1 W11620704 (Outer door glass)"

"Upon arrival no one was home, i tagged the door. Upon leaving the customer arrived and cancelled service, said it was a propane issue."
