Error code F9E1-long drain. Replaced bad drain pump. Ran a diagnostic cycle-unit tested good

Customer. Was worried about refrigerator. Running a lot. And not running when door was open. Refrigerator with normal working condition advised customer that compressor shouldn't run when door is open. And advised customer that water filter needs too be changed every 6 months. Unit tested good

Customer stated that the FF door is not sealing. I verified the issue and found that the issue was with the bottom door hinge as it was very loose causing the door to sag-i tighten all screws on all 3 door hinges and the door is now sealing correctly. Unit tested good

Customer stated that unit is not heating. Verified the issue. After inspecting unit i discovered the the coil valve tested bad. Replaced coil. Unit tested good

"Customer stated that the unit is sometime displaying an error code. The customer showed me the code and i explained to them that it is not an error code as its a indicator light that shows the door is left open. Fresh food temp 38.4 and freezer temp .09. Ran service test 1 through 13 with no errors. I did find that the freezer bin was not snapped into place , i reinstalled freezer bin. Unit tested good"
