Jeremy was quite thorough and answered all my questions. He made several attempts at problem-solving, and we thought we had it all corrected. Unfortunately the ice machine still does not make ice. Also, the refrigerator door will not close on its own. You have to manually push it so that it will lock to keep the coolness in.
