Door open led wont turn off and freezer not sealing after door replacement. Reset power and removed frost. Molded gasket with heat gun and sealed freezer liner with silicone. Customer is to monitor.

This was the first technician that actually fixed the issue of the rattling noise. I have had two previous technicians come out and do adjustments but noise was still present. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions.
