DRYER MAYTAG MGDB835DW4 Customer stated time was jumping around during cycle.Checked for codes Unit was displaying F6-e2 error code ACU and UI failing to communicate Called techline Sr: 7724353356Techline advising that time will jump around and is only estimate of time due to way that moisture sensor functions depending on items inside machine. Unit itself if functioning as it should Suspecting that error code was caused by stuck key or customer selecting cycle multiple times. Unit tested good

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT710PAHB1 Customer stated unit was not draining. Upon inspection tub was full of water. Checked for codes No codes presentRemoved water from tub. Removed pump to inspect. No debris in pump. Pump impeller was able to spin freely. Reattached pump Unhooked drain line at disposal filled unit. Ran drain cycle. Water was slowly draining but drain line is clogged. advised customer there would be labor charge to clean drain line. Customer did not want to proceed at this time. Unit tested good otherwise

DRYER WHIRLPOOL NED4655EW1 Customer stated that unit was not heating. Upon inspection discovered that unit was not receiving 240v. Unit was running motor but heater was not receiving any power. Checked vent checked heater for continuity unit tested good. Checked voltage coming in at outlet. Unit is only recieving 120v. Advising customer to have electrician come and inspect outlet/breaker. Unit was currently running on 20 amp breaker.
