Customer stating user interface is shutting off randomly. Upon arrival interface was not showing anything on display. Display itself was very blurry. Had customer shut off breaker. After Turning breaker back on was able to see display but image was very granulated. User interface is failing.Ordering UI ; schdld next appmnt for 4/18 THU 2-5

On arrival found no error codes. Tested fan. The fan was running abot 2000 rpms. Customer complained that at about 100 degrees the range would error out and shut off. Replaced cooling fan for f8e0 fan error preventing bake. Heated oven to 350 and the range tested good.

Unit was full of water and clothes upon arrival. Machine would not drain. Recovered about 25-30 gallons of water then attempted to clean drain pump. Obstruction in drain pump caused motor to burn out. Can not replace parts due to missing model and serial tags. Unrepairable.
