Customer stated unit was overflowing coming from bottom of front door. Checked for error codes Unit displaying 4 error codes 6-4 (float switch open) 10-1(dispenser electrical problem) 6-6 ( cool water incoming ) 8-2 (drain motor electrical problem) Let unit begin diagnostic cycleWhile letting unit fill with water could see water begin to drip out from underneath door. Waited until portion of cycle where dispenser was supposed to open dispenser did not open and unit was still filling with water. Fill valve triac on control board is shorted unit will need new control board.
