I found a small hole on back of the refrigerator about one foot above the ice maker inlet tube. The insulation at the penetration was black. Put my screw driver in it and found no wires that could cause burn mark. Called tech line and documented. I also removed the tape and electric warning label that have a tendency to make noise with the airflow behind unit.
