Put unit into auto test during last visits and water drained fine. F0E2 F7E7 codes and large amount of water on the floor upon arrival. Demonstrated filling and draining of machine 3 times in manual diagnostics and ran auto test twice in front of customer. Water level on floor did not change which was observed and confirmed by both house residents. Tech line agent suggests the use of too much detergent will cause unit to not drain completely which then puts a harsh load on the motor, resulting in the corresponding error codes. As for the water, could not detect any signs of leakage from the unit. Suspecting water is coming from house foundation.
