Customer had no ice on arrival. Tested ice maker and fou d the black plug on the front of maker was loose. Cycled ice maker manually and it worked as expected. The freezer temp was -5. Adjusted to -2 the ice maker tests good. Customer to monitor.

Customer took pictures of load while in machine to show tech items that were bunching up. Tub had little to no water inside machine.Spoke with customer about proper loading and cycle selection to ensure unit is getting proper amount of water for each load. Unit itself tested good
