Customer stated that UI was not accepting commands and unit was stopping itself during cycle. Upon inspection discovered that customer was selecting cycle but never hitting start for cycle to begin. Went over proper cycle selection with customer and control panel functions. Ran full quick wash while in home unit completed cycle as it should. Customer to run full normal cycle and contact office of issue is to persist. Collecting service call fee
