Customer stated when burners are on low setting unit will start to spark ignitors and attempt to light certain burners. Set burners to low setting. While having rear right burner on low unit began to spark and attempt to light left rear burner. Unit is experiencing with module. The fresh food evaporator was full of frost. Removed frost and replaced evaporator fan and thermistor. Found the original thermistor was loose on the evaporator. Tighten the new thermistor for good readings.

Customer stating they cannot select cycle functions on user interface. Upon inspection discovered that cancel/drain led was illuminated and unit was constantly running drain cycle. Could not select other functions unit would continually run drain pump. Removed door panel to inspect control. Unplugged power from control let unit sit for 15 mins. Restored power unit is still in cancel/drain cycle. Can not select any functions on user interface cannot get unit into diagnostic mode. Unit needs user interface and control board.
