Called techline SR 7725455956 . Checked diagnostics. Thermistors passed in fresh food and freezer section. The temperatures were off due to miss print in manual. They should be less lights for warm temps and more lights for colder . There was some ice on the diffuser. Level the doors and checked gaskets to make sure they were closing correctly. Techline said if problem persists order W10572852 . Customer will monitor.

Replaced front mullion for temp slider stuck. The mullion tested good. Customer is complaining of varying temps in refrigerator. The ff section had food products tight to wall restricting air flow. Instructed customer to leave food away from walls so air can mix together properly. Cleaned coils that were starting to get plugged. Also raised freezer temp to 3 degrees and FF section to 39 to stop freezing in refrigerator.
