Transitioned to a slow drain once the water level reached the top of the wash plate. Shortly after, unit started to drain as normal again. Sounded as if there was a blockage in the causing the slow drain which ultimately was forced out. The plumbing of the customers laundry sink does not include a drain pipe. Instead, the drain from the sink is placed over a drain hole in the floor of the customers basement. Seems as if that drain also got plugged causing a minor water event on the floor of the basement. Due to the drainage system of the customers laundry sink, unable to test machine a second time to confirm the drain pump in the machine is working reliably. Customer monitor."
