Moved thermistor according to service pointer W11092686D . Sealed the cabinet and changed defrost mode to basic from adaptive. Checked all thermistors in diagnostics all passed . Made sure there were screws in the top of the evap cover and that the cover was tight . Ran tested four in diagnostics to make sure that the evap doesn't get frost when it cycles to cool freezer .tested good . Evap fan works . If problem persists order W11033168 Evap fan Defrost thermistor harness and evap cover WPW10501260 .gaskets on door are sealing good . Unit tested good .

Unit not defrosting . Went in to diagnostics tested all thermistors for freezer and fresh food . Tested good . Checked defrost thermistor . Thermistor tested open. . Called Techline SR 7725504344 . Went through diagnostics again went through each test . Fresh food and freezer thermistors passed again . Defrost thermistor then passed . Unit has small hole in the liner in the freezer as well . Techline said maybe a bad wire in the cabinet. Unit was purchased from a bargain store and resold . Customer will have to contact customer service due to this unit having multiple repairs .
