Ran test four and passed . Called techline SR 7725555942 . Techline had no more suggestions and deemed the unit unrepairable.

Could instantly hear noise customer was referring to when unit began to agitate. Stopped cycle and inspected underneath machine. Discovered that mounting screw for shifter that was previously replaced had come loose. This was causing noise. Reinstalled and tightened both screws ran unit again for customer. Unit tested good Unit is under ATEC warranty for shifter being replaced (5/31)
