Customer stating they are still having issue with darker items coming out with white residue on them after wash cycle. Checked for codes no codes present. Removed wash basket to inspect plastic tub. Tub has small amount of white residue on tub suspecting from afresh. Drying on tub. Cleaned tub with warm water. Reassembled unit and called techline to document findings. Techline spoke with tech about proper detergent usage and cycle selection and documented issue. Customer to monitor if issue persists. SR:7725724922
