Found a big gap between the icebin and the door . Sealed that area with silicone . Replaced ice door with updated one . . Water dispenser was not working when I got here . The water line was frozen due to the ice build up at the bottom of the ice bin and in the dispenser area. . Water is now dispensing . If problem continues techline said it may need a new door because heat is getting in . Auger motor is working and moving the auger inside the ice bin .Customer will monitor.
