WASHER MAYTAG MHW8150EW0 Customer stated that unit is not dispensing soap through dispenser properly. Upon inspection discovered that customer was not adjusting detergent concentration before cycle causing minimal soap to enter machine. Tested concentration adjustment during cycle and found that when setting unit to 2x concentrate this will dispense generous amount of detergent into machine. Spoke with customer about adjusting concentration based on cycles. Customer was also inquiring about black spots on top of dispenser. Advised customer that best solution is to clean with oxi every 5-6 months to prevent build up. Unit testing good otherwise.
