Customer stated that unit was preheating much quicker than normal. Also stated that after initial issue customer ran self clean cycle. Checked resistance of temperature sensor. Sensor tested good was able to watch resistance change as temperature changed. Checked bake and broil elements for continuity. Both tested closed. Checked relays for continuity between bake. Relay tested open but unit was failing to send power to bake element. While running bake cycle broiler was on. Broiler relay is stuck open. Control is no longer available for unit. Collecting service call fee
