Customer is stating that unit is leaking. Checked for error codes. Unit displaying F0e3 code for overloading unit. Also f2e1 code for stuck key. Ran diagnostic cycle. Unit completed cycle as it should. Ran unit on bulky items with deep water fill. Fill and drained basket multiple times and inspected underneath unit for potential leak. Inspected underneath machine multiple times while tub was full of water inspected drain pump hose for potential hole in hose. Could not find leak anywhere. Customer will need to monitor. Tech is highly recommending smaller load use to prevent further damage to machine
