Cusomter stated that they are experiencing very long dry times. Checked for error codes upon arrival. Discovered code f4e3 for restricted airflow inspected vent and discovered that piece of packing plastic was inside baffle of dryer exit. This was causing issue. After removing plastic from baffle. Tested unit. Airflow is much better. Cleared code. Unit tested good

Customer stated that unit was not responding to commands and could hear noise coming from machine. Upon inspection discovered code f3e1 for pressure system fault. Unit was continually running drain pump. Cleared code and inspected pressure hose. Discovered that pressure hose has some sort of block in it causing issue. Cleared hose and ran diagnostic cycle. Unit completed cycle as it should. Ran normal wash to confirm fucntion. Unit tested good
