Techline is recommending that the heater be replaced. Left the heated disconnected to monitor for ice as all tests of the ice maker passed in diagnostics. Auger motor is also seized due to inactivity and will have to be replaced Techline conversation saves under previous SR number. Investigation resulted in discovery of a leaky water valve in the home plumbing that was leaking on top of the console. The water valve was located right above the unit and water residue on the unit shows where the water drips onto the machine. No further repair necessary.
