"Customer concerned about the machine not filling as it should, reoccurring off-balance events, and not spinning out the clothes properly. F8E1 error code stored. Ran a test verification cycle with no issues. Tested the hot and cold valves in manual diagnostics also with no issues. Tested spin in manual diagnostics. Machine seemed to bounce around as basket was slowing down and speeding up. Off-balance events most likely caused by the machine sitting on a pallet that would also flex up and down as the machine was spinning. Suggested customer to sit the machine on cinder blocks instead of a wooden pallet. No further repair needed at this time. If issues persist, return with inlet valves."
